Start with a mini Ghost Walk in Downtown Winchester then spend the evening at the Hall, with a Signature Cocktail/Mochtail, ghost stories presented by The House of Ghastly and Halloween Vendors, 7:00pm 9:00, Ticket price 20$ plus Sales Tax.
